The main idea of this story is how Pikachu gets well. Pikachu's problem is that Pikachu stored too much electricity. Ash reached the professor's lab. Professor Birch strapped Pikachu to a strange machine to get rid of the extra electricity but the machine could not store it. I would recommend this book to other people.
