I have just finished reading Rex Tabby Cat Detective. The author is Daniel Kirk. I recommend this book because it is funny and adventurous. The setting is a place called Whiskerville. There are many characters. Some are Rex, Simon, Frankie, and Rex's boss. The bad guys are Rumpy, and Stumpy. Rex Tabby is trying to catch two of the most dangerous people the world has ever known which are Rumpy and Stumpy. One cool thing about the book is that at the end of every chapter there is a lesson on how to be a detective.
