The Trumpet of the Swan by E.B. White

Chapter by chapter it gets really interesting. The setting is at were the swan plays the trumpet and at some lakes that they move to. The characters are Louis' wife, his kids, and Sam. Someone shot the swan for no wild reason. Some interesting things about the book are that they move to other lakes, and that there are people liking the trumpet of the swan. You should read this book because it sometimes says funny stuff and sad stuff. It is also interesting because it is very fun for a third grader, so read this book.
